More information

Fees include your accommodation for two nights, food (two breakfasts, two lunches and two dinners), entry into your workshop and some of your supplies. Please note: some extra supplies may be required depending on your workshop - you will be provided with a supply list after registration.

When do tickets go on sale for Camp Stitch Sydney 2020?

7pm AEST Monday 6th of July, 2020.
We anticipate that tickets will sell out quickly so make sure you're ready!

What should I pack for camp?

A detailed packing list will be provided once you register for Camp Stitch Sydney, 2020.

Can we bring alcohol?

Absolutely, we just ask that you drink responsibly. We may even have a sneaky glass of sparkling when we arrive.

What will our rooms be like?

This year, we are able to offer two different styles of rooms. Similar to last year, most campers will be staying in "dorm style" rooms that sleep 6-8. If you let us know the names of your friends that are attending, we will attempt to put you in a room together.

We are also able to offer a VERY small amount of "hotel style" rooms that will sleep one camper. As there are so few of these rooms available, these will be allocated on a first in, best dressed basis.

Please bring your own bed linen and pillow as there will be none provided-a sleeping bag is an easy option.

What will we be eating?

The camp centre will cater delicious meals for us during our stay. We will have breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday as well as breakfast and lunch on Sunday before we leave. Fresh fruit for morning tea and afternoon tea will also be provided. Feel free to bring a few sneaky snacks.
Dietary requirements will be gathered at the time of enrolment.

What if I have dietary requirements?

Upon booking, all dietary requirements will be collected and passed onto the venue who are providing all food. If you have a life threatening allergy we will inform the other campers and do our best to create an environment free of your allergy, if possible.

What will we be doing at camp?

Stay tuned for a detailed schedule! Until then, please note that Saturday will be a full day workshop (depending on which workshop you register for at the time of booking) and Sunday morning will be free craft or sewing activity time. We will be having social events on Friday and Saturday nights with down time built into each day.

Can I attend more than one workshop?

Unfortunately no. All the workshops are amazing but timing will only allow you to attend one. When you register for camp, you will pick your workshop to attend on Saturday.

Can I pay in instalments?

Unfortunately at this point in time, Camp Stitch Sydney is unable to offer payments by instalments. We are trying to keep the price down as much as possible, so have opted against using an outside service to control payments. Please see more information about payments in our Policies section.
